CURRENT ANTWERP return policy

Are you not fully satisfied with your order? Read below how you can return your order.

 Return conditions:

Please follow the below conditions, otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return.

- Returns are possible 14 days after delivery
- The returned items must reach our warehouse in original condition. This means unused, unworn and undamaged in their original packing materials with all hangtags and labels still attached.
- If any information is missing, this may cause a delay in processing the return.
- CURRENT ANTWERP is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of returned items. We advise you to ask for proof of delivery.
- The condition of return also applies to sale items.

 How to return your order (on your own expense):
Fill in the return form included in your order:
1. Fill in the name of the item you would like to return.
2. Mention the reason for the return.
3. Put the items(s) you would like to return and return form in their original package with the tags still attached.
4. Place the return address label on the package.
You have to purchase a shipping label yourself through the website of a postal      company or at a post office and send it to the address below:

5. Make sure the package is securely sealed.
6. Bring the item to a return point of your choice.
7. Your return and refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

MAKE SURE TO:

- Pack your return goods securely (preferably in the original packaging with which you received it or a suitable box)

- receive a tracking number when shipping your order.

Returns are at your own risk; so don’t lose track of your package.

Exchanges:
It's not possible yet to exchange items through the webshop. Please return the item you would like to exchange (following the instructions above) and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

 

Damaged items:
Items damaged by wearing it cannot be returned. If you receive an item that is not in good condition or the item has a defect, please contact our customer service first. Current Antwerp will replace or try to repair the item. If this is not an option, the complete amount will be refunded to you.

Refunds:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we received your return. We will be processing your return as soon as possible. You will receive your refund in 7-10 working days after we have received your returned items. It may take a few more days for your bank to process the refund transaction. The amount will always be refunded to the original payment method.
